Melissa “Missy” Craft, Founder & CEO

Melissa Craft has worked in the petroleum industry as a mentor, leader, and instructor. For 12+ years. She has held various roles of responsibility within leadership as a successful entrepreneur and a servant of her peers in the workplace. The majority of her time was spent working with Data & Reporting, KPI’s and building automated dashboards for Offshore and Onshore Operations. Her career started in Compliance and Regulatory Affairs in Offshore building a Management System post Macondo and supported Production Operations with Asset Integrity and Regulatory compliant processes and procedures, and included Drilling & Completions for Work Orders and Action Items, Construction (Greenfield & Brownfield Projects). Melissa has successfully developed, built and launched SAP Success Factors LMS Training Program as part of the HRIS LMS Team, companywide for 6000+ employees. Built CBT’s & set up catalogs to hold, manage & assign courses to ensure competency for compliance & career growth mgmt. Built & managed over 500 courses pulling into my Spotfire Dashboards to show real time visualizations to ensure each business line could manage their completion rates for staff.

As a plane crash survivor and one who has fully recovered from trauma, Melissa was led to leave Oil & Gas to pursue her passion in ministry. In 2021, Melissa launched a 501©3 non-profit serving Veterans and First Responders impacted by Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). During her youth, Melissa actively pursued the scriptural commandment to“love your neighbor as yourself”by modeling the life of Jesus to many of the hurting people she encountered everywhere she went. She has committed hundreds of hours to serving Christ by her Leadership and attendance of Bible Studies, Volunteering for Non-Profit organizations, online teachings and doing independent crusade evangelism by praying and mentoring those less fortunate in need of hope.

Melissa currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Marketing and Minor in Psychology from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, A Master’s degree in Clinical Pastoral Counseling, backed by the National Christian Counseling Association (NCCA) & board certified using the ARNO Profiling System (APS) for Family, Youth, Addiction, Abuse & Trauma/PTS from The University of Colorado Theological Seminary and will be starting her Doctorate study mid 2022. Most recently Melissa finished her RBLP-T Training and will be implementing this Resilience Building Training into her Veteran and First Responder work. She is so excited to see what the future holds for her blended world of Corporate Leadership thru Oil & Gas Consulting, Equine Experiential learning and Counseling Services for our Hero’s. Melissa is a loving friend and mother raising two amazing children who are the center of her world. Aubrey and Asher are blessed to have this rare opportunity to experience Equine Therapy from the forefront and see the impacts of mental health from the front row. Melissa says that growing up with horses changed her life and she feels so blessed to allow her children this same experience of healing power, friendship, responsibility, self-awareness, connection, and joy that only horses bring.

Andrés “Andy” Garcia, VP of Product Management

Andy is a seasoned product leader with over 16 years of experience, specializing in the management, launch, and scaling of innovative B2C and B2B digital and physical products. Andy's expertise lies in optimizing user experiences, streamlining customer journeys, and driving sales in challenging environments. Known for translating customer needs into unparalleled user experiences and profitable products, Andy orchestrates the entire product lifecycle, consistently delivering successful internal and third-party products.

Working closely with third party businesses, Andy is dedicated to bringing their technology vision into reality. This includes a wide range of services, from websites and mobile application development to marketing strategy, quantitative/qualitative research, road mapping, and business coaching. Andy collaborates methodically with stakeholders, unifying diverse perspectives into finely tuned strategic alignment for lasting accomplishments.

At LHR Media, Andy leads with strategic vision and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence within the product and cross-functional teams. Andy owns and drives the commercialization process for new and modified products and services, ensuring a seamless transition from ideation to market launch. Collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing/operations, marketing, finance, and sales, Andy ensures successful product launches and post launch monitoring and management.

Andy's customer-centric approach involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with LHR Media clients, seeking feedback, and understanding evolving needs. Leveraging market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback, Andy identifies trends, opportunities, and challenges. In the realm of pricing and product road mapping, Andy develops strategic pricing models aligned with the market, value proposition, and business goals, leading the implementation process and ensuring adherence to deviation controls.

Managing the entire product development lifecycle, Andy ensures products meet and exceed customer expectations and oversees the sunsetting of obsolete products/services. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, Andy develops effective go-to-market strategies driving product adoption and profitable revenue growth. Andy ensures regulatory compliance, communicates product strategies, updates, and performance effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

In terms of training and thought leadership, Andy develops and delivers training programs associated with product lines, new offerings, and commercialization strategies. Actively engaging in industry councils, Andy serves as a thought leader, bringing valuable insights back into the organization for consideration. Integrating a global market perspective, Andy incorporates an understanding of the global customer and business market into product lifecycle and pricing models.
